The proximity to Fregiusia is fantastic and the place is nicely decorated with comfortable sofa beds.

Pleasant surroundings and good facilities for wintersports. A bit off the beaten track but all the better for it.
Lack of foreign exchange facilities at the hotel so needed sufficient case for lunchtimes, but everything can be charged to the room in the hotel.

The hotel itself was great and very convenient for skiing - the lift is right outside the lobby. The real strength of this hotel is the staff. I have never had an experience where I was sad to leave, even though the snow was not great -- the people there made is great.
The one issue with the hotel is that it is far up the mountain. Getting into town is only possible if you have a car...

The mountain views are absolutely jaw-dropping, a true feast for the eyes! The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with an array of delicious options to choose from. Our interconnected rooms were large, comfortable, and had a modern touch. The underground pool was super spacious and the kids couldn't get enough of it! Dining at the on-site restaurant was a bit pricier than expected, but the food was top-notch. The service throughout our stay was fantastic - the staff, especially Tamara, were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. The cleanliness of the property was remarkable. Plus, the hotel's location right on the slopes was a dream for ski enthusiasts like us. And let's not forget the gluten-free options that delighted my sister! The dining experience was almost as amazing as the skiing itself. We're already counting down the days until our fourth visit next year!

Dinner at the hotel is fabulous, staff are very welcoming, the swimming pool is lovely, the rooms were perfect for families ( basically 2 rooms with a shared hallway and bathroom meant we didn't have to go to sleep at the same time as the kids), the location is right by the lifts, and next door to the ski hire shop and ski school. Perfect and there is a mini club if the kids are too tired to ski.

The spa was quite nice, with a heated pool and sauna. The hotel is located near some good ski slopes and hiking trails, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent enough.
Our stay coincided with a large group of rowdy guests who made a lot of noise and were often drunk in the common areas. The walls were quite thin, so we could hear everything going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms.

It's a relaxing hotel in a ski area. The breakfast choices are tasty and delicious with a Northern Europan taste and cakes, as for instance. The service is good, includes great parking. The location is great and beautiful, 2 km from Jafferau.

This place is absolutely stunning! Located at about 1500m in the mountains, the views from this hotel are breathtaking. Being at the top of the mountain, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding nature and mountains. Plus, it's right on the slope, meaning you have easy and convenient access to skiing and other winter activities.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities and services provided here are of the highest quality, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

The location was unexpected but ended up adding to the experience. Being high up on a hill, right on the slopes and just opposite the train station meant easy access to skiing. the room was spacious, with a big bathroom and a comfortable king-sized bed. the hotel staff was accommodating and provided a decent breakfast with plenty of choices. the complementary pool, activity room, and underground parking were convenient features.
There were some noise issues with the walls being poorly soundproofed which affected the quality of the sleep.
